As 2024 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on what has been a truly remarkable year for Asquith Group Ltd.
It’s been a year of growth, innovation, and connection – one that wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of our dedicated staff and valued customers.
Here’s a look back at some of the highlights of our journey this year…
January: A Fresh New Look for the New Year
We kicked off the year with the launch of our brand-new website! A long-awaited update, the site is now sleeker, more user-friendly, and packed with helpful resources. From showcasing our full range of textile labelling solutions to offering better ways for customers to connect with us, we’re proud of this step forward in delivering a better online experience.
March: Making Connections at the Textile Forum
The Textile Forum Exhibition in London is one of our favourite events of the year, and in 2024, we had the pleasure of attending both the March and October shows. These exhibitions are always a fantastic opportunity to meet new faces and reconnect with familiar ones in the textile industry. It’s inspiring to see so much creativity and innovation in one place, and we’re grateful to have been part of the conversations that will shape the future of textile labelling.
April: Going Green with Organic Cotton
Sustainability is a core value for us, and this year, we made significant progress in our commitment to eco-friendly solutions. In April, we launched our printed fabric labels on organic cotton, a product we’ve been working hard to certify for years. The process of achieving organic certification has been challenging but worthwhile, and we’re thrilled to offer this environmentally conscious option to our customers.
August: Welcoming New Faces to the Team
Growth isn’t just about products; it’s about people too. This year, we welcomed two talented individuals to the Asquith family:
Firstly, Fernley joined us in August as a Sales Account Manager – he has brought fresh energy and expertise to our team. Then, Rachel jointed us in November as an Operations Assistant Apprentice.
Offering apprenticeship roles embodies our commitment to providing opportunities for learning and professional development. At Asquith, we believe in helping people grow on the job.
November: Heat Transfers Join Our Product Range
In November, we took a major step forward by acquiring Revolution Transfers, a heat transfer factory in Leicester. This acquisition marks an exciting new chapter as we immerse ourselves in the world of heat transfers, learning all about this innovative technology and its endless possibilities.
With Revolution’s expertise and facilities, we are now proud to offer a full range of Heat Transfers – durable and versatile labels ideal for various applications. This new addition has already generated strong interest, and we’re eager to see how Heat Transfers can help businesses stand out.
