Overcome supply chain challenges with UK printed labels

Wednesday 18th March 2020

We understand many of you are experiencing difficulties with your global supply chain due to the impact of COVID-19. For clients who have an urgent labelling requirement, particularly medical, healthcare, military & uniform providers, we know that you may be supplying or manufacturing products critical to the NHS and other public services and that many of these products must be labelled with mandatory instructions, or traceable data.

We are therefore offering short runs of thermal printed labels. These poly-satin labels are printed here, in our UK production facilities and can feature barcodes, QR codes, sequential numbers and other essential information. We also have self-adhesive poly-satin and self-adhesive paper label options. We will do whatever we can to help label essential supplies, so they can be used by front-line services.

Alternatively, you may require the flexibility and responsiveness of instant label production. Asquith Group thermal printing machines are quick to set-up, so you can manage your label production in-house. Single-colour thermal printers can be purchased with, or without, a cutting unit. These machines are perfect for small print runs, as you can over-print blank or post-printed labels, with your own information. Produce your labels rapidly in response to changing demand, including barcode, QR code and sequential numbering labels. These printers can also be used with an external feed option, so that you are not limited to printer reel, or core size. Inks and ribbons sold separately.

Our printed mattress labels and standard swing tags are printed in the UK, in addition, we hold stock of woven size labels, printed size labels and printed care and composition labels, along with a variety of threads and wholesale trimmings.

If you have any questions or urgent requirements, please call or email us and we will do everything we can to assist during these difficult times.

With best wishes,

Jeff Keam, Managing Director,
